Frequently asked questions.

What is Sigh?

Sigh is the world’s first smart vape system designed to help people quit — gradually, gently, and permanently. It combines a Bluetooth-enabled vape that tracks your usage and locks when you hit your daily limit with the Sigh app, which guides you through a personalised quit journey using CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and habit science.

How does the Sigh vape work?

The Sigh vape tracks every puff you take. Once you reach your daily limit (set in the app), the device locks automatically. This break in the habit loop helps you regain control while the app supports you with tools, progress tracking, and mindset shifts.

Is Sigh a medical device?

No. Sigh is a consumer product designed to support behaviour change. It’s not a medical device and does not deliver nicotine or claim to cure addiction. Instead, it’s built on psychology and habit science, offering practical tools and structure to help you quit successfully.

Do I get the vape for free?

Yes. When you subscribe to the Sigh app, you’ll receive the Sigh vape device for free. The subscription covers your quit journey with the app, including personalised reduction plans, CBT-based exercises, and progress insights.

What happens if I’m not ready to quit completely?

That’s okay. Sigh is designed to help you reduce gradually. You choose your pace — whether that’s cutting down over 30, 60, or 90 days. The goal is progress, not perfection, and the app adapts to your journey.

What makes Sigh different from other quit tools?

Most tools rely on willpower alone. Nicotine gums and patches treat the chemical dependency but ignore the habit. Apps track your cravings but don’t physically stop the cycle. Sigh is the first system that does both — a device that interrupts the habit and an app that helps rewire the psychology behind it.

Can I use Sigh anywhere in the world?

The Sigh app will be available globally. The Sigh vape device will initially ship to select regions based on local regulations (starting with the UK and EU). Availability in other countries may vary.

When will Sigh launch?

We’re preparing for launch in 2026. Join the waitlist today to be the first to know when pre-orders open — and to secure your free device with your subscription.

Is there support if I struggle during the quit journey?

Yes. The Sigh app includes CBT-based exercises, craving management tools, and motivational tracking. You’ll also get reminders of your health and money savings, plus access to a supportive community as we grow.
